I have started the intense process of taking the powder every day & when I have finished the full container I will go onto the maintenance process as directed.

This collagen, in my opinion, is the best I've ever taken.
I suffer with osteoarthritis and have already had one operation to rebuild the cartilage in my right knee. Not only has it helped but it's also improved my hair, skin, nails and general wellbeing.
Being so impressed with the results, I bought some for my son who suffers with PTSD, and intestinal problems. Initially he thought it was just hype. He's now changed his mind and will readily admit it's helping him with both problems!

I have noticed stronger nails, faster hair growth, no longer need turmeric, and only need glucosamine in winter. I have, experienced a significant improvement in memory and word recall.
