I purchased the gel cleaner and after using acouple of times i found it was very irritating to my skin so I had to stopped using it i contacted customer support to then be told they don’t do returns on this product and considering it cost $50

Our goal is to provide products that work for everyone, but we understand that everyone's skin is unique. As for returns, we do have a strict policy in place for hygiene and safety reasons. Glad to see you've posted the feedback here, we do have our returns policy on the website but good to have it across multiple platforms so everyone is aware of the policy :)
