I have used Collagen powder before but this is the nicest flavour. I do use 2 spoonfuls daily because I am 63. Sleeping better at 7.5hrs, before Collagen, it was 4-6hrs because of me going thru menopause (I am a late bloomer). I put 2 (youthful spoon) spoons in soda water. I just drop on top, wait 30 minutes & it is mixed. No need for the spoon.
I am very happy with this purchase. The collagen is so easy to take and incorporate into your day. I'm feeling well and have noticed that I am feeling stronger and have more energy. Purchased 30 Daily Serves Pre-Packed doses. So Handy, perfect. I have been using this collagen for over 3 months body loves it. My Hair,Skin,Nails,Body overall. I started on the loose powder on 1tsp per day for 40 days,then 1/2 tsp. Purchased the Pre-Packed Doses as a Promo. Same product just individually packed fast track doses. Will keep using and update on next review.I loved the fact it was Pure Bovine. Tasteless and clears quickly after a quick stir. You can add to any liquid or food. I like it just with water as an intake after breakfast.

As Iβm an older lady and I do find many good things that help my body with the above. It is easy to take in all ways and it has no taste, smell etc and I now am including the exercises also.
