Refund policy

Collagen is a food-based ingestible supplement and due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any product purchases, as we are unable to restock ingestible items. Our collagen products are produced to the highest standards of quality and control, and consequently, we cannot accept returns once the products leave our control.

We have a team of dedicated people to help you achieve real results. We encourage you to consult with our team in advance of completing your purchase if you have any questions. We do advise that if you are on any regular medication, please consult your doctor before taking any supplements.

If you receive your product and it is *damaged, you have 48hrs to contact us and provide a photo of the damage, we will then organise a return of your product for a replacement. (we will only replace damaged items we do not offer a refund or credit note). All return items will be subject to review by our quality control team upon receipt. If the product has been opened this will void any replacement.
